Article R2213-50 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

At the end of each month, the mayor shall draw up, where applicable, a statement including:

the fees paid by families during the month;

the designation of officials who have taken part in the operations mentioned in article R. 2213-48.

The mayor issues the interested party with a payment slip showing details of the sums to be collected. The statement referred to in the first paragraph is forwarded to the municipal collector, who pays the full amount of the fees to the civil servants concerned.

A la fin de chaque mois, le maire dresse, s’il y lieu, un relevé comportant :

-les vacations versées par les familles pendant le mois ;

-la désignation des fonctionnaires ayant participé aux opérations mentionnées à l’article R. 2213-48.

Le maire délivre à la partie intéressée un bulletin de versement indiquant le détail des sommes à percevoir. Le relevé mentionné au premier alinéa est transmis au receveur municipal qui verse, après émargement, l’intégralité du produit des vacations aux fonctionnaires intéressés.
