The second test is organised for each sport by the sports agents’ commission of the relevant delegated federation. This commission sets the programme for the test and whether it is written or oral. Constituted as an examination board, it draws up the subject of the test, sets the marking scale and determines the mark obtained by each candidate.
The sports agents’ commission declares candidates admitted to the examination who have obtained a minimum mark in the second test, as previously set by the sports agents’ regulations. It notifies the results to those concerned within one month of the date of the test and publishes them in accordance with the conditions laid down in the regulations.
