Article R222-18 of the French Sports Code

A sports agent who has obtained a sports agent’s licence issued by a delegated federation without having been exempted from the first test and who applies for the issue of a licence in another discipline is exempted from the first test.

Candidates who are admitted to the first test and fail the second will retain the benefit of the first test if they sit the next examination session in the same sport.

The sports agent regulations may, in view of the qualifications held by the persons concerned, provide for cases of exemption from the first or second test, or from the examination.

Un agent sportif qui a obtenu une licence d’agent sportif délivrée par une fédération délégataire sans avoir été dispensé de la première épreuve et qui sollicite la délivrance d’une licence dans une autre discipline est dispensé de la première épreuve.

Les candidats admis à la première épreuve et ajournés à la seconde conservent le bénéfice de la première épreuve s’ils se présentent à la session suivante de l’examen dans la même discipline sportive.

Le règlement des agents sportifs peut, eu égard aux qualifications dont les intéressés justifient, prévoir des cas de dispense de la première ou de la seconde épreuve, ou de dispense de l’examen.
