Article R2232-1-4 of the French Labour Code

The amount paid by the fund in application of the second paragraph of article L. 2232-8, for the exercise of its mission mentioned in 1° of article L. 2135-11, is deducted from the amount of credits due to the employees’ trade union organisation in respect of the year during which the complete application mentioned in article R. 2232-1-5 was received by the management association of the national joint fund.

Article R2232-1-4

Le montant pris en charge par le fonds en application du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 2232-8, pour l’exercice de sa mission mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 2135-11, est imputé sur le montant des crédits dus à l’organisation syndicale de salariés au titre de l’année au cours de laquelle la demande complète mentionnée à l’article R. 2232-1-5 a été reçue par l’association de gestion du fonds paritaire national.
