Article R2263-3 of the French Labour Code

Any employer bound by a collective bargaining agreement or an extended collective labour agreement who pays lower wages than those set out in the agreement or collective labour agreement is liable to a fourth-class fine.
The fine is imposed as many times as there are employees concerned.

Le fait pour l’employeur, lié par une convention ou un accord collectif de travail étendu, de payer des salaires inférieurs à ceux fixés dans cette convention ou cet accord, est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la quatrième classe.
L’amende est prononcée autant de fois qu’il y a de salariés concernés.
