Article R231-10 of the French Sports Code

Each year, the doctor referred to in article R. 231-4 will draw up a report on the medical surveillance provided for in this chapter. This report sets out the methods of implementation and a summary of the collective results of this surveillance. It is presented by this doctor at the first federal general meeting following its establishment and sent by the federation to the Minister for Sport.

Article R231-10

Chaque année, le médecin mentionné à l’article R. 231-4 dresse un bilan de l’action relative à la surveillance médicale prévue par le présent chapitre. Ce bilan fait état des modalités de mise en oeuvre et de la synthèse des résultats collectifs de cette surveillance. Il est présenté par ce médecin à la première assemblée générale fédérale qui en suit l’établissement et adressé par la fédération au ministre chargé des sports.
