Article R2311-8 of the French Public Health Code

The approval provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 2311-2 may only be granted to centres that meet the conditions laid down in articles R. 2311-7, R. 2311-9 and R. 2311-13.

An order by the Minister for Health sets out the composition of the application for approval.

L’agrément prévu au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2311-2 ne peut être donné qu’aux centres remplissant les conditions fixées par les articles R. 2311-7, R. 2311-9 et R. 2311-13.

Un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé fixe la composition du dossier de demande d’agrément.
