Article R2312-56 of the French Labour Code

For the assessment of the thresholds mentioned in article L. 2315-37 and in sub-section 9 of section 3 of chapter V of title I of book III of the second part of the present code, all the resources received in respect of a given year by the inter-company social and cultural activities committee are taken into account, including the resources provided for in articles R. 2312-53 and R. 2312-54.

Pour l’appréciation des seuils mentionnés à l’article L. 2315-37 et à la sous-section 9 de la section 3 du chapitre V du titre Ier du livre III de la deuxième partie du présent code, l’ensemble des ressources perçues au titre d’une année considérée par le comité des activités sociales et culturelles interentreprises sont prises en compte, y compris les ressources prévues aux articles R. 2312-53 et R. 2312-54.
