Article R2315-31 of the French Labour Code

In the absence of an agreement as provided for in Article L. 2315-45, the Social and Economic Committee and, in companies with at least three hundred employees, the Training Committee are informed of the leave opportunities granted to employees, the conditions under which such leave was granted and the results obtained.

En l’absence d’accord prévu à l’article L. 2315-45, le comité social et économique et, dans les entreprises d’au moins trois cents salariés, la commission de la formation sont informés des possibilités de congé qui ont été accordées aux salariés, des conditions dans lesquelles ces congés ont été accordés ainsi que des résultats obtenus.
