The provisions of this paragraph apply to any athlete within the meaning of article L. 230-3 of the present code when the authority prescribing a urine or blood sample specifies that it is likely to be taken into account for the establishment of the biological profile instituted by article L. 232-12-1.
Les dispositions du présent paragraphe sont applicables à tout sportif au sens de l’article L. 230-3 du présent code lorsque l’autorité prescrivant un prélèvement urinaire ou sanguin spécifie que celui-ci est susceptible d’être pris en compte pour l’établissement du profil biologique institué par l’article L. 232-12-1.
