When the payment notice is notified by the Agence nationale de traitement automatisé des infractions, the information to be entered on this notice, including the notice number, is recorded as soon as it is validated by the sworn official and then transmitted to the agency in a secure manner.

A joint order by the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Transport sets out the technical specifications for ensuring the reliability and security of the recording of validated data, in particular by using a handwritten signature stored in digital form, and of the exchanges of information to be carried out with the agency throughout the period when the post-parking charge can be paid spontaneously by the person liable. This same decree sets out the characteristics enabling the competent authority to determine the number of each of the payment notices and rectifying payment notices notified.

Lorsque l’avis de paiement est notifié par l’Agence nationale de traitement automatisé des infractions, les renseignements à porter sur cet avis, y compris le numéro de l’avis, sont enregistrés dès leur validation par l’agent assermenté puis transmis à l’agence de manière sécurisée.

Un arrêté conjoint du ministre de l’intérieur et du ministre chargé des transports fixe les spécifications techniques permettant de garantir la fiabilité et la sécurisation de l’enregistrement des données validées, notamment par le recours à une signature manuscrite conservée sous forme numérisée, et des échanges d’informations à réaliser avec l’agence durant toute la période où le forfait de post-stationnement peut être acquitté spontanément par son redevable. Ce même arrêté fixe les caractéristiques permettant à l’autorité compétente de déterminer le numéro de chacun des avis de paiement et avis de paiement rectificatif notifié.
