I.-Overseas communes benefit from the two parts of the special allocation mentioned in article L. 2335-1 under the following conditions:
1° Pour les communes de Guadeloupe, de Guyane, de Martinique, de La Réunion et de Mayotte, la dotation est attribuée selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 2563-6 ;
2° For the communes of French Polynesia, the grant is allocated in accordance with the procedures set out in article D. 2573-59 ;
3° For the communes of New Caledonia, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and the territorial constituencies of Wallis and Futuna:
a) The first part of the allocation is given to communes whose population, as defined in article L. 2334-2, is less than 5,000 inhabitants;
b) A second part of the allocation is paid in addition to the first part:
i) To municipalities receiving the first part whose population, as resulting from the last census, is less than 200 inhabitants. For these communes, the amount of the allocation paid under the second part is equal to the amount paid under the first part;
ii) To communes receiving the first part whose population, as shown by the last census, is between 200 and 500 inhabitants. For these communes, the amount of the allocation under the second share is equal to 50% of the amount paid under the first share.
II.-Communes in the local authorities of Article 73 of the Constitution, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia and French Polynesia benefit from the two increases in the special allocation mentioned in Article L. 2335-1 under the conditions set out in articles R. 2335-1 et D. 2335-1-1.
