Article R2361-8 of the French Public procurement code

The minimum time limit for receipt of applications shall be thirty-seven days from the date on which the contract notice was sent or thirty days where the notice was sent electronically.
Where a situation of urgency not caused by the purchaser makes it impossible to respect this time limit, it may be reduced to fifteen days or ten days where the notice was sent electronically.

Le délai minimal de réception des candidatures est de trente-sept jours à compter de la date d’envoi de l’avis de marché ou de trente jours lorsque cet avis a été envoyé par voie électronique.
Lorsqu’une situation d’urgence ne résultant pas du fait de l’acheteur rend ce délai impossible à respecter, il peut être ramené à quinze jours ou à dix jours lorsque l’avis a été envoyé par voie électronique.
