Article R2393-34-1 of the French Public procurement code

When the subcontractor uses the public invoicing portal mentioned in article L. 2392-5, he submits his request for payment there without any further formality. The holder has fifteen days from the date of this submission to accept or refuse the request for payment on this portal.

Lorsque le sous-traitant utilise le portail public de facturation mentionné à l’article L. 2392-5, il y dépose sa demande de paiement sans autre formalité. Le titulaire dispose de quinze jours à compter de ce dépôt pour accepter ou refuser la demande de paiement sur ce portail.
