Make An Appointment

Article R2531-27 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The election of representatives of groups of municipalities and mayors takes place by ballot paper sent by registered post to the prefecture of the Ile-de-France region, prefecture of Paris.

The ballot papers are counted by a commission comprising:

1° The prefect of the Ile-de-France region or his representative, chairman;

2° A chairman of a grouping of municipalities in the Ile-de-France region, appointed by the prefect of the Ile-de-France region;

3° A mayor of the Ile-de-France region, appointed by the prefect of the Ile-de-France region.

The secretariat is provided by an official from the prefecture.

L’élection des représentants de groupements de communes et des maires a lieu par bulletin de vote adressé par lettre recommandée à la préfecture de la région d’Ile-de-France, préfecture de Paris.

Les bulletins de vote sont recensés par une commission comprenant :

1° Le préfet de la région d’Ile-de-France ou son représentant, président ;

2° Un président de groupement de communes de la région d’Ile-de-France, désigné par le préfet de la région d’Ile-de-France ;

3° Un maire de la région d’Ile-de-France, désigné par le préfet de la région d’Ile-de-France.

Le secrétariat est assuré par un fonctionnaire de la préfecture.
