Article R2531-32 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the calculation of the levy provided for in II of article L. 2531-13, the per capita financial potential of each municipality is determined under the conditions set out in articles L. 2334-2 and L. 2334-4. The income taken into account is the last known reference tax income.

For the application of c of 3° of II of Article L. 2531-13, communes contributing for the first time are communes that were not levied under the fund in the year preceding that for which the fund is allocated.

Deductions from the fund are made monthly from the twelfths remaining at the date of notification of contributions.

Pour le calcul du prélèvement prévu au II de l’article L. 2531-13, le potentiel financier par habitant de chaque commune est déterminé dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 2334-2 et L. 2334-4. Le revenu pris en compte est le dernier revenu fiscal de référence connu.

Pour l’application du c du 3° du II de l’article L. 2531-13, les communes qui contribuent pour la première fois sont les communes qui n’ont pas été prélevées au titre du fonds l’année précédant celle au titre de laquelle est réparti le fonds.

Les prélèvements au titre du fonds sont réalisés mensuellement sur les douzièmes restants à la date de la notification des contributions.
