Article R2531-33 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The resources allocated under I of article L. 2531-14 are allocated after deduction of an amount equal to the regularisations made the previous year.

For the application of III of article L. 2531-14. 2531-14, eligible municipalities are ranked in descending order of their synthetic index as defined in II of the same article.

Fund resources are allocated on the basis of the data applicable on 1 January of the current year.

Les ressources réparties au I de l’article L. 2531-14 le sont après prélèvement d’un montant égal aux régularisations effectuées l’année précédente.

Pour l’application du III de l’article L. 2531-14, les communes éligibles sont classées en fonction décroissante de leur indice synthétique tel que défini au II de ce même article.

L’attribution des ressources du fonds est effectuée en fonction des données applicables au 1er janvier de l’année en cours.
