Article R281-5 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Mayotte:
1° The references to the benefits mentioned in articles L. 160-8 and L. 160-9 of the Social Security Code are replaced by the reference to the benefits mentioned in article 20-1 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health in Mayotte;
2° Article R. 210-1 is worded as follows:

“Art. R. 210-1.-The provisions of articles R. 141-1 to R. 141-13, R. 142-26 to R. 142-32, R. 142-41, R. 142-42 and R. 142-51 to R. 142-58 are applicable to foreign nationals whose situation is governed by this book. “;

3° Article R. 251-3 is not applicable;
4° In Article R. 253-1, the reference to Article R. 614-1 is deleted;
5° In Article R. 264-1, the references to Articles R. 711-3 to R. 711-5 are deleted;
6° In Article R. 270-4, the references to Articles R. 822-3 to R. 822-5 are deleted.

Article R281-5

Pour l’application du présent livre à Mayotte :
1° Les références aux prestations mentionnées aux articles L. 160-8 et L. 160-9 du code de la sécurité sociale sont remplacées par la référence aux prestations mentionnées à l’article 20-1 de l’ordonnance n° 96-1122 du 20 décembre 1996 relative à l’amélioration de la santé publique à Mayotte ;
2° L’article R. 210-1 est ainsi rédigé :

” Art. R. 210-1.-Sont applicables aux étrangers dont la situation est régie par le présent livre les dispositions des articles R. 141-1 à R. 141-13, R. 142-26 à R. 142-32, R. 142-41, R. 142-42 et R. 142-51 à R. 142-58. ” ;

3° L’article R. 251-3 n’est pas applicable ;
4° A l’article R. 253-1, la référence à l’article R. 614-1 est supprimée ;
5° A l’article R. 264-1, les références aux articles R. 711-3 à R. 711-5 sont supprimées ;
6° A l’article R. 270-4, les références aux articles R. 822-3 à R. 822-5 sont supprimées.
