Article R. 66-1 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 66-1.-For the persons referred to in the first paragraph of Article R. 62, the forms are sent to the chief clerk of the court of first instance, either on paper, in the form of a magnetic recording, or by secure electronic means. “
L’article R. 66-1 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 66-1.-Pour les personnes visées à l’alinéa premier de l’article R. 62, les fiches sont adressées au greffier en chef du tribunal de première instance, soit sur un support papier, soit sous la forme d’un enregistrement magnétique, soit par voie électronique sécurisée. “
