Article R310-6 of the French Commercial code

The postponement of the date of the liquidation sale indicated in the declaration mentioned in article R. 310-2 shall be the subject of prior notification to the mayor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, including justification for the change.

Any postponement of this date by more than two months gives rise to a new declaration under the conditions laid down in article R. 310-2.

As soon as he is aware of it, the declarant is required to inform the mayor by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt of any change in the event motivating the liquidation mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 310-1.

Le report de la date de la vente en liquidation indiquée dans la déclaration mentionnée à l’article R. 310-2 fait l’objet d’une information préalable du maire par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, comportant justification de ce changement.

Tout report de cette date supérieur à deux mois donne lieu à une nouvelle déclaration dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 310-2.

Dès qu’il en a connaissance, le déclarant est tenu d’informer le maire par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception de toute modification de l’événement motivant la liquidation mentionné au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 310-1.
