Article R312-19 of the French Sports Code

At least three days before the event is due to take place and following its inspection after the work has been completed, the Departmental Advisory Committee on Safety and Accessibility will issue an opinion to the mayor. Reasons must be given for any unfavourable opinion.

Trois jours au moins avant la date prévue pour la manifestation et à l’issue de la visite à laquelle elle a procédé après l’achèvement des travaux, la commission consultative départementale de sécurité et d’accessibilité délivre un avis au maire. En cas d’avis défavorable, ce dernier est motivé.
