Article R312-23 of the French Sports Code

The owner of the sports stadium concerned, or his representative, if this owner is not the municipality whose mayor is vested with the power of municipal policing over this sports stadium, attends meetings of the commission in an advisory capacity.

The Minister for Sport may, after consulting the committee, invite representatives of the sports federations concerned by the use of a sports venue, representatives of professional bodies specialising in different types of sports facilities and representatives of approved inspection bodies to take part in the committee’s work. The persons mentioned in the present paragraph sit in an advisory capacity.

Assiste de plein droit aux séances de la commission avec voix consultative le propriétaire de l’enceinte sportive concernée, ou son représentant, si ce propriétaire n’est pas la commune dont le maire est investi du pouvoir de police municipale sur cette enceinte sportive.

Le ministre chargé des sports peut, après avis de la commission, appeler à participer aux travaux de la commission des représentants des fédérations sportives concernées par l’utilisation d’une enceinte sportive, des représentants des organismes professionnels spécialisés dans les différents types d’équipements sportifs et des représentants des travaux de contrôle agréés. Les personnes mentionnées au présent alinéa siègent alors avec voix consultative.
