In the absence of any response from the applicant to the notification sent pursuant to article R. 312-7, the designation of a credit institution by the Banque de France lapses within six months.
La désignation d’un établissement de crédit par la Banque de France devient, à défaut de toute réponse du demandeur à la notification qui lui est faite en application de l’article R. 312-7, caduque dans un délai de six mois.
