Article R3122-21 of the French Public Health Code

The registries and registry secretariats of the administrative and judicial courts shall send the Office, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, a copy of the pleadings in which they are seised, initially or additionally, of any legal claim relating to compensation for the losses defined in the first paragraph of article L. 3122-1.

Les greffes et secrétariats-greffes des juridictions des ordres administratif et judiciaire adressent à l’office, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, copie des actes de procédure saisissant celles-ci, à titre initial ou additionnel, de toute demande en justice relative à la réparation des préjudices définis au premier alinéa de l’article L. 3122-1.
