Article R313-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

If the attestation d’accueil is signed by a French national or by a foreign national exempted from the obligation to hold a residence permit pursuant to article L. 221-1, it shall include, in addition to the information provided for in article R. 313-6, an indication of the place and date of issue of a document establishing the identity and nationality of the latter.

Article R313-7

Si l’attestation d’accueil est souscrite par un ressortissant français ou par un étranger dispensé de l’obligation de détenir un titre de séjour en application de l’article L. 221-1, elle comporte, outre les mentions prévues à l’article R. 313-6, l’indication du lieu et de la date de délivrance d’un document établissant l’identité et la nationalité de celui-ci.
