Article R3132-16 of the French Labour Code

The extension authorisations referred to in Article L. 3132-23 are granted in accordance with the procedures set out in the first paragraph of Article L. 3132-21.

The opinions mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 3132-21 are given within one month. The Prefect then takes a decision within eight days by means of a reasoned decision which he immediately notifies to the applicants.

Article R3132-16

Les autorisations d’extension mentionnées à l’article L. 3132-23 sont prises selon les modalités prévues au premier alinéa de l’article L. 3132-21.

Les avis mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 3132-21 sont donnés dans le délai d’un mois. Le préfet statue ensuite dans un délai de huit jours par un arrêté motivé qu’il notifie immédiatement aux demandeurs.
