Article R321-34 of the French Insurance Code

For insurance undertakings benefiting from the exemption provided for in Article L. 321-12, the technical provisions defined in Title IV of Book III, which each of these undertakings must establish for the corresponding co-insurance operations, are at least equal to the amount calculated by the leading insurer in accordance with the rules of the Member State in which it is established.

Pour les entreprises d’assurance bénéficiant de la dispense prévue à l’article L. 321-12, les provisions techniques définies au titre IV du livre III, que chacune de ces entreprises doit constituer pour les opérations de coassurance correspondantes, sont au moins égales au montant calculé par l’apériteur, suivant les règles de l’Etat membre où ce dernier est établi.
