Article R322-119 of the French Insurance Code

The regulations governing insurance undertakings set out in this Code apply, under the conditions and subject to the reservations set out in this section, to the bodies referred to in Article L. 771-1 of the Code rural et de la pêche maritime (Rural and Maritime Fishing Code).

These undertakings comply with the rules governing their formation and operation laid down for insurance undertakings in Section IV, subsections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 of this Chapter, subject to the specific provisions of this Section.

Decrees or orders shall, where necessary, specify the conditions of application of this section to the undertakings concerned.

Article R322-119

La réglementation des entreprises d’assurance résultant du présent code est, dans les conditions et sous les réserves prévues à la présente section, applicable aux organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 771-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime.

Ces organismes se conforment aux règles de constitution et de fonctionnement prescrites pour les entreprises d’assurance à la section IV, sous-sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 et 9 du présent chapitre, sous réserve des dispositions particulières de la présente section.

Des décrets ou des arrêtés précisent, en tant que de besoin, les modalités d’application de la présente section aux organismes intéressés.
