Article R322-131 of the French Insurance Code

For the application of the provisions of Article R. 612-26 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the information and documents relating to the situation of the said undertakings must be made available to the auditors in the head office departments or, where applicable, at the head offices of the companies or funds which have entered into a reinsurance treaty with the said undertakings under the conditions defined in Article R. 322-132.

Pour l’application des dispositions prévues à l’article R. 612-26 du code monétaire et financier, les renseignements et documents relatifs à la situation desdits organismes doivent être mis à la disposition des contrôleurs dans les services du siège ou, le cas échéant, aux sièges des sociétés ou caisses ayant souscrit auprès desdits organismes un traité de réassurance dans les conditions définies à l’article R. 322-132.
