Article R*322-135 of the French Insurance Code

Operations carried out in application of the treaty concluded by the company or fund which replaces the organisation exempted from administrative authorisation are considered to be direct insurance operations for the purposes of the provisions of this code.

Les opérations effectuées en application du traité conclu par la société ou caisse qui se substitue à l’organisme dispensé de l’agrément administratif, sont considérées comme des opérations d’assurance directe au regard des dispositions du présent code.
