Article R322-20 of the French Insurance Code

In the Board of Directors of central insurance companies, the persons mentioned in 2° of the second paragraph of article 5 of law no. 83-675 of 26 July 1983 are appointed by decree on the proposal of the Minister of the Economy and Finance.

There shall be six such persons, one of whom shall be appointed after consultation with the trade unions representing the general insurance agents of the group concerned.

Article R322-20

Dans le conseil d’administration des sociétés centrales d’assurances, les personnalités mentionnées au 2° du deuxième alinéa de l’article 5 de la loi n° 83-675 du 26 juillet 1983 sont nommées par décret sur proposition du ministre de l’économie et des finances.

Ces personnalités sont au nombre de six, dont une désignée, après consultation des organisations syndicales représentatives parmi les agents généraux d’assurance du groupe concerné.
