Article R322-85 of the French Insurance Code

Within one month of the incorporation of any mutual insurance company, a copy of the memorandum of association, its appendices and a certified copy of the resolutions adopted by the general meeting provided for in article R. 322-52 must be filed in duplicate with the clerk of the court having jurisdiction over the company’s registered office.

The same documents must be filed with the Ministry of Economy and Finance within the same time period.

Dans le mois de la constitution de toute société d’assurance mutuelle, une expédition de l’acte constitutif, de ses annexes et une copie certifiée des délibérations prises par l’assemblée générale prévue à l’article R. 322-52 sont déposées en double exemplaire au greffe du tribunal judiciaire du siège social.

Ces mêmes documents doivent être déposés, dans le même délai, au ministère de l’économie et des finances.
