Article R*322-89 of the French Insurance Code

Any person has the right to obtain a copy of the documents filed with the clerk of the court or to have a copy or extract thereof issued at his own expense by the clerk or by the notary holding the minutes.

Any person may also demand that a certified copy of the Articles of Association be delivered to him at the company’s registered office, on payment of a sum not exceeding 1.5 euros.

Toute personne a le droit de prendre communication des pièces déposées au greffe du tribunal judiciaire ou même de s’en faire délivrer à ses frais expédition ou extrait par le greffier ou par le notaire détenteur de la minute.

Toute personne peut également exiger qu’il lui soit délivré, au siège de la société, une copie certifiée des statuts, moyennant paiement d’une somme qui ne peut excéder 1,5 euro.
