Article R*3231-4 of the French Labour Code

When the minimum growth wage is increased in application of the provisions of article L. 3231-5, a joint order of the ministers responsible for labour, agriculture and the economy and finance announces the new amount of this wage.

Lorsque le salaire minimum de croissance est relevé en application des dispositions de l’article L. 3231-5, un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du travail, de l’agriculture et de l’économie et des finances fait connaître le nouveau montant de ce salaire.
