Article R324-5 of the French Insurance Code

The decision of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution provided for in Article L. 324-5 shall be made after the measures provided for in Article L. 612-33, 14° of the Monetary and Financial Code, Article L. 311-30, 4° of the Monetary and Financial Code, Article L. 311-35 or Article L. 311-42 of this Code have been taken, following the inspection to which the Autorité may subject a person in accordance with Article L. 612-2 , II, 1 and 2 of the Monetary and Financial Code.

Article R324-5

La décision de l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution prévue à l’article L. 324-5 est prononcée après les mesures prévues au 14° de l’article L. 612-33 du code monétaire et financier, au 4° de l’article L. 311-30, à l’article L. 311-35 ou à l’article L. 311-42 du présent code, à l’issue du contrôle auquel l’Autorité peut soumettre une personne conformément aux 1 et 2 du II de l’article L. 612-2 du code monétaire et financier.
