Article R325-9 of the French Tourism Code

The Prefect may order the deletion from the list of holiday village establishments on the grounds that the buildings and facilities have not been maintained or have been seriously inadequately maintained.

He shall inform the body referred to in article L. 141-2 of his decision.

Le préfet peut prononcer la radiation de la liste des établissements classés villages de vacances pour défaut ou insuffisance grave d’entretien des bâtiments et des installations.

Il informe de sa décision l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 141-2.
