Article R3252-30 of the French Labour Code

A creditor in possession of a writ of execution may, without prior attempt at conciliation, intervene in proceedings for the attachment of sums due by way of remuneration, in order to participate in the distribution of the sums attached.

This intervention is made by application delivered against a receipt or sent to the court registry.

The application shall contain the information prescribed by article R. 3252-13.

Le créancier muni d’un titre exécutoire peut, sans tentative de conciliation préalable, intervenir à une procédure de saisie des sommes dues à titre de rémunération en cours, afin de participer à la répartition des sommes saisies.

Cette intervention est formée par requête remise contre récépissé ou adressée au greffe.

La requête contient les mentions prescrites par l’article R. 3252-13.
