Article R3252-31 of the French Labour Code

After the judge has verified the amount, in principal, interest and costs, of the new claim that is the subject of an intervention in an ongoing attachment, the court clerk notifies the debtor and the creditors who are parties to the proceedings of this intervention.

At the time of the first intervention, the court clerk informs the employer that payments are henceforth to be made to the order of the régisseur installed at the registry of the judicial court or, where applicable, one of its local chambers.

Après que le juge a vérifié le montant, en principal, intérêts et frais, de la créance nouvelle faisant l’objet d’une intervention à une saisie en cours, le greffier avise le débiteur et les créanciers qui sont parties à la procédure de cette intervention.

Lors de la première intervention, le greffier informe l’employeur que les versements sont désormais effectués à l’ordre du régisseur installé auprès du greffe du tribunal judiciaire ou le cas échéant, de l’une de ses chambres de proximité.
