Article R3262-12 of the French Labour Code

When the employer has acquired his meal vouchers from a specialised issuer, he may obtain from the issuer, during the month following the period of use, the exchange of his unused vouchers by paying only the commission normally received by the issuer on the sale of these vouchers.
In this case, the amount of the commission corresponding to the unused securities for which the employees are responsible is reimbursable by the employees to the employer.

Lorsque l’employeur a acquis ses titres-restaurant auprès d’un émetteur spécialisé, il peut obtenir de celui-ci au cours du mois qui suit la période d’utilisation l’échange de ses titres inutilisés en ne versant que la commission normalement perçue par l’émetteur lors de la vente de ces titres.
Dans ce cas, le montant des commissions correspondant aux titres dont la non utilisation incombe aux salariés est remboursable par ces derniers à l’employeur.
