Article R333-1 of the French Sports Code

The general meeting of the sports federation is competent to rule on the appropriateness, purpose and scope of the transfer of audiovisual exploitation rights referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 333-2.

Article R333-1

L’assemblée générale de la fédération sportive est compétente pour statuer sur l’opportunité, l’objet et l’étendue de la cession des droits d’exploitation audiovisuelle mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 333-2.
