Chapter III: Operation of sporting events

The general meeting of the sports federation is competent to rule on the appropriateness, purpose and scope of the transfer of audiovisual exploitation rights referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 333-2.

The Articles of Association of the commercial company referred to in articles L. 333-1 and L. 333-2-1 which fail to comply with the laws and regulations in force or which do not ensure compliance with the provisions of article R. 333-3-1 may not be approved by the Minister responsible for Sport.
