Article R333-11 of the French Sports Code

I. – The National Gaming Authority shall carry out the checks requested by the organiser of the sporting event or competition, by matching the file transmitted by the latter with the processing of personal data relating to online sports betting operations that it has at its disposal pursuant toArticle 38 of Act no. 2010-476 of 12 May 2010 on the opening up to competition and the regulation of online gambling.

II. – La Française des jeux carries out the checks requested by an organiser of sporting competitions or events by comparing the file transmitted by the organiser with the automated processing of personal data relating to players and bets taken, as referred to in Article R. 333-6-1.

Article R333-11

I. – L’Autorité nationale des jeux procède aux contrôles demandés par l’organisateur de manifestation ou de compétition sportive, en rapprochant le fichier transmis par celui-ci du traitement de données à caractère personnel relatives aux opérations de paris sportifs en ligne dont elle dispose en application de l’article 38 de la loi n° 2010-476 du 12 mai 2010 relative à l’ouverture à la concurrence et à la régulation des jeux d’argent et de hasard en ligne.

II. – La société La Française des jeux procède aux contrôles demandés par un organisateur de compétitions ou manifestations sportives en rapprochant le fichier transmis par celui-ci du traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel relatives aux joueurs et aux prises de jeu mentionné à l’article R. 333-6-1.
