Article R356-56 of the French Insurance Code

The publication of the Group Solvency Capital Requirement referred to in Article R. 355-7, as included in the report referred to in Article R. 356-55, shall indicate, separately, the amount calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 356-15 and the amount of any capital add-on imposed in accordance with Article L. 356-16, or the effect of the specific parameters which the participating or parent undertaking referred to respectively in the second or third paragraphs of Article L. 356-2 is required to use pursuant to Article R. 356-19. This information is accompanied by an explanation of the reasons which led the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution to impose such requirements and parameters.

La publication du capital de solvabilité requis du groupe mentionnée à l’article R. 355-7, telle que figurant dans le rapport mentionné à l’article R. 356-55, indique, de manière séparée, le montant calculé conformément aux dispositions L. 356-15 et le montant de toute exigence de capital supplémentaire imposée conformément à l’article L. 356-16, ou l’effet des paramètres spécifiques que l’entreprise participante ou mère mentionnée respectivement au deuxième ou troisième alinéas de l’article L. 356-2 est tenue d’utiliser en vertu de l’article R. 356-19. Ces indications sont assorties d’une explication sur les raisons qui ont conduit l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution à imposer de telles exigences et paramètres.
