Article R3711-14 of the French Public Health Code

The coordinating doctor informs the attending doctor designated under the conditions of article R. 3711-12 and obtains his consent to take charge of the person.

The attending doctor confirms his agreement in writing to the coordinating doctor within fifteen days. If no response is received within this period, or if the response is negative, the coordinating doctor will invite the person to choose another attending doctor.

Article R3711-14

Le médecin coordonnateur informe le médecin traitant désigné dans les conditions de l’article R. 3711-12 et s’assure de son consentement pour prendre en charge la personne.

Le médecin traitant confirme son accord par écrit, dans un délai de quinze jours, au médecin coordonnateur. En cas de silence gardé à l’expiration de ce délai, ou en cas de réponse négative, le médecin coordonnateur invite la personne à choisir un autre médecin traitant.
