During the course of the treatment order, the attending physician may decide to interrupt the person’s treatment. He then informs the coordinating doctor and the person without delay by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The provisions of articles R. 3711-12 to R. 3711-17 then apply.
Au cours de l’exécution de l’injonction de soins, le médecin traitant peut décider d’interrompre le suivi d’une personne. Il en informe alors sans délai le médecin coordonnateur et la personne par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.
