To ensure that the treatment order is complied with, the coordinating doctor meets with the person periodically, and at least once every three months, to assess their situation.

At least once a year, the coordinating doctor will send the sentence enforcement judge a report containing all the information required to monitor compliance with the treatment order. If the person has been convicted of a crime mentioned inarticle 706-53-13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, this report is sent at least twice a year.

This report provides a detailed assessment of the implementation of the treatment order. Where appropriate, it includes an assessment of the person’s progress in terms of his or her need for care, as well as proposals on how the measure should be continued.

Pour l’exécution de l’injonction de soins, le médecin coordonnateur convoque la personne périodiquement et au moins une fois par trimestre pour réaliser un bilan de sa situation.

Le médecin coordonnateur transmet au juge de l’application des peines au moins une fois par an un rapport comportant tous les éléments nécessaires au contrôle du respect de l’injonction de soins. Lorsque la personne a été condamnée pour un crime mentionné à l’article 706-53-13 du code de procédure pénale, ce rapport est adressé au moins deux fois par an.

Ce rapport dresse un bilan précis de la mise en œuvre de l’injonction de soins. Le cas échéant, il comporte des éléments d’appréciation sur l’évolution de la personne au regard de son besoin de soins ainsi que des propositions sur les modalités de poursuite de la mesure.
