The use in the manufacture or preparation of a food of any ingredient or processing aid or derived from a substance or product listed in Annex II to amended Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers causing allergies or intolerances, and still present in the finished product even in a modified form, shall be brought to the attention of the final consumer and catering establishments in accordance with the procedures laid down in this subsection.
