Article R412-42 of the French Consumer Code

The enforcement measures provided for in Article L. 412-1 the provisions of Articles 2 to 5, 7 to 17, 19, 20 and 26 as well as Annexes I to IX to Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 September 2011 as amended on textile fibre names and the corresponding labelling and marking of textile products with regard to their fibre composition.

Constituent les mesures d’exécution prévues à l’article L. 412-1 les dispositions des articles 2 à 5, 7 à 17, 19, 20 et 26 ainsi que les annexes I à IX au règlement (UE) n° 1007/2011 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 septembre 2011 modifié relatif aux dénominations des fibres textiles et à l’étiquetage et au marquage correspondants des produits textiles au regard de leur composition en fibres.
