Article R413-6 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Aforeign nationals who have not signed up to this scheme when they are first admitted for residence may sign the Republican Integration Contract at a later date, as provided for in article L. 413-4, provided that they are legally resident in France and subject to the exceptions provided for in article R. 413-7. Where applicable, the contract is also signed by the foreign national’s legal representative.

Article R413-6

L’étranger qui n’a pas souscrit à ce dispositif lors de sa première admission au séjour peut signer le contrat d’intégration républicaine ultérieurement, comme prévu à l’article L. 413-4, à condition qu’il réside régulièrement en France et sous réserve des exceptions prévues à l’article R. 413-7. Le cas échéant, le contrat est en outre signé par le représentant légal de l’étranger.
