Article R4134-26 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The vice-presidents of the regional economic, social and environmental councils who have been delegated by the president receive, for the actual performance of their duties, an allowance not exceeding the allowance that may be allocated to a regional economic and social councillor, as defined in article R. 4134-24, increased by a coefficient of 1.9.

The members of the bureau of the regional economic, social and environmental councils, other than the vice-presidents delegated by the president, receive, for the effective performance of their duties, an allowance at most equal to the allowance that may be allocated to a regional economic and social adviser, as defined in article R. 4134-24, increased by a coefficient of 1.3.

Les vice-présidents des conseils économiques, sociaux et environnementaux régionaux ayant reçu délégation du président perçoivent, pour l’exercice effectif de leurs fonctions, une indemnité au plus égale à l’indemnité pouvant être allouée à un conseiller économique et social régional, telle que définie à l’article R. 4134-24, majorée d’un coefficient de 1,9.

Les membres du bureau des conseils économiques, sociaux et environnementaux régionaux, autres que les vice-présidents ayant reçu délégation du président, perçoivent, pour l’exercice effectif de leurs fonctions, une indemnité au plus égale à l’indemnité pouvant être allouée à un conseiller économique et social régional, telle que définie à l’article R. 4134-24, majorée d’un coefficient de 1,3.
